How do I review my stay?

After each departure date of a booking you will receive an automatic email asking you to review your stay, giving you an opportunity to rate your stay and add your comments so that other customers can see them.

You can also review your stay online through your My Account.

If you did not receive a review email, please contact us with your reference number and we can resend this to you.
