Our credit/debit card bookings are secure and processed through WorldPay. There may be some reasons why your credit card transaction will not go through. Please check the following and try your transaction again:
• There may be insufficient funds to cover the transaction being booked;
• You may not have filled out all the information fields requested.
• You may be choosing the incorrect card type (for example if you have a 'Visa Electron' card, you must choose 'Visa Electron' in the drop-down menu and not just 'Visa'- Please check that this is not the reason and try to complete your transaction again.
• There may be an issue with your internet coverage/browser
