Why am I receiving error messages saying ‘Enter a valid ISIC Card Number’ or ‘Enter a valid Cardholder Name’?


First, please sure make you haven’t already created a Hostelworld account using your ISIC details.

Each ISIC number can only have one Hostelworld account attached to it, so you can’t sign up to a second account using the same details.

If this is your first account, please double-check you have entered all the details correctly and try again.
