I have made a Standard Flexible Booking and want to cancel my booking, what do I do?

In order for your deposit to be credited to your account you need to ensure you cancel your booking through your account on Hostelworld a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival date (or within the period of notice required by the travel services provider, for which please see its terms).
