The amount that I got charged for my booking is different to my credit card statement, what do I do?

We allow you to view and charge for your deposit and booking fee in US Dollars (US$), Euro(€) and Great British Pounds (GBP£). Please note that the final balance due will always be in the local currency of the property booked.

The option to view your booking in any currency is an indicator only and we cannot guarantee the exchange rate on the day to be the same when the charge appears on your card. Please allow for fluctuating exchange rates.
