If you sign into your account but cant see your Social Pass please check:
- You have signed in using the exact email address you used when purchasing your Social Pass. If you are using our single sign on option to access your account- log out and log in again using the exact email used at checkout.
- When did you buy the pass? You can buy the pass for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 1 Year; if your pass has expired you can buy a new one.
If you still cannot locate your pass reach out to our Customer Services Team with the receipt for your Social Pass purchase.
