How do I make a Booking Guarantee claim?

In the extremely unlikely event that your reservation cannot be located by the receptionist, we will credit your Hostelworld.com account with the full deposit PLUS an additional €50 voucher that can be used towards the deposits of future bookings on Hostelworld.com. In order to make a claim under our Booking Guarantee, you must contact us within 48 hours after arrival at the property, as per the arrival date and time outlined on your reservation confirmation. You must contact us, add the same email used in the booking, and detail your claim.

If requested by Hostelworld.com upon making your claim, you must be able to provide a copy of your confirmation email, either digitally or in print; or a booking reference number that can be subsequently validated against the booking confirmation, in order for us to verify your claim.
