Using your voucher has never been easier! Simply log into your Hostelworld account with the same email address you received the voucher under and it will automatically apply towards the deposit of your new booking through us.

The website will still ask for credit card information even if you have enough on the voucher to cover the booking deposit, this is used to secure your booking in case of a no-show/late cancellation.

You can check out your voucher in your Hostelworld account, in the voucher section, where you can find your current balance and the expiration date. 

Please note: vouchers cannot be applied to the deposits of Non-Refundable Paynow bookings as they are a different product.
