Why isn’t my chat loading?

Check you are on the latest version of our app and have the social turned on.

Chat is available 14 days before the first day of your booking and will only be available if you are logged in with an account that has a booking or you have a QR code to access a specific chat.

If you chat is still not loading and you have logged out and back in again, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
