How to report theft

If you’ve experienced theft, here’s what to do for quick assistance:

 

1. Talk to Reception: Let the hostel reception know right away. They’re best equipped to help you immediately and can address the situation on the spot.


2. Contact Local Police: Report the theft to the local police. They can investigate the issue in real time and take appropriate action.

 

3. Follow Up with the Hostel: For any ongoing issues, it's important to address them directly with the hostel staff. They are in the best position to assist you. Their contact details can be found in your confirmation email.

 

4. Contact Us (if needed): If you need additional support, use the Submit a request form to contact us. While we can't intervene directly, this helps us keep track of issues and follow up with the hostel if needed, especially if you’re having trouble reaching them.


5. Leave a Review: Consider leaving a review on our website to share your experience and inform other travellers.

 

If applicable, please also contact your insurance provider to report the theft.
