Reporting a User in the Hostel Chat:
1. Open the Chat: Open the app and find the chat with the message you want to report.
2. Find the Message: Locate the message or user profile you want to report.
3. Click the Flag Icon: Tap the flag icon next to the message or user profile.
4. Select a Reason: Choose the option that best describes the issue, such as “Inappropriate Content” or “Harassment”.
5. Submit Your Report: Confirm your choice, and we’ll take it from there!
Reporting a Guest in Person:
- Chat with Hostel Reception: If you’re at the hostel, let the reception staff know about the issue. They’re there to help and will handle the situation with care. Don’t hesitate to bring up any concerns - reporting an issue in person allows for quicker resolution and immediate assistance!
