To make a booking on Hostelworld you must be over 18. While most properties do not impose any age restriction, this is not always the case, particularly in those which have a bar on the premises or are specifically tailored for the 'youth' market.

It is recommended that you check the property's description to find out whether or not there is an age restriction. If the property does have an age restriction and you are travelling with someone that fall outside of the age range, they reserve the right to refuse the booking upon your arrival.
