Sometimes, you may need to give the property alternative card details post booking.
This could be because:
- Your card is expired/cancelled
- A property has tried to pre-authorise your card unsuccessfully
- A property has tried to charge you for a non-refundable rate unsuccessfully.
Instead, you can simply get in touch with the property directly and provide these. We would recommend that you do this via phone. Their contact details are on your confirmation email.
