I entered the wrong email (or a typo), how do I log into my account?


If you've accidentally made a booking using the wrong email address, please do the following:

- Check that you already have a Hostelworld account linked to the correct email address. If you don't, please create a new account with the email address you want to use.

- Email us at customerservice@hostelworld.com explaining which account you want to keep. We will then merge your accounts so that all of your bookings show in your new account.
