Why can’t I see my bookings in my hostelworld account?

If you are unable to see your booking in your Hostelworld account, please try the below suggestions to make your bookings visible:

1. Please ensure you log in using the same account details you used to make the booking.
2. Please log out of your account, clear cache and cookies on your device, and log back into your Hostelworld account.
3. If you are using the Hostelworld app, please ensure you have the most up-to-date version.
4. If you are using the Hostelworld website, please log in to your account and use the English language version.
